Friday was a little bit of a lazy day for me. I didn't want to get up early, so I didn't. I get myself out to go run. However, the running turned mostly into walking. But that's okay. We all need a lighter day and mine was Friday.
Walked 1.5 miles
Run .5 miles
MONDAY
I got up and did the Biggest Loser Cardio Max workout. Warm up, 20 minute workout, then Cool Down. It felt so good. Then a couple of hours later, I went out running. We ran 2.46 miles. Also felt great. I LOVE doing multiple workouts in a day.
TUESDAY
This morning I did this:
30 jumping jacks
20 lunges (each leg)
10 squats
10 plie squats
20 side lunges (each side)
20 glute kickbacks (each leg)
15 bridges
10 side leg circles forward (each leg)
10 side leg circles backwards (each leg)
20 glute kickbacks (each leg)
15 squats
10 plie squats
20 jumping jacks
Then I did it all AGAIN.
I was supposed to do it 3x through, but my BUTT HURT. So I'll attempt a third time through later.
Your biggest challenge isn't someone else. It's the ache in your lungs, and the burning in your legs, and the voice inside you that yells can't. But you don't listen. You just push harder. And then you hear the voice whisper can. And you discover that the person you thought you were is NO match for the one you really are.

Shred Day 15: Two Weeks Left
I did NOT want to get up this morning. I even rolled over and slept for another 30 minutes before my panicking "what time is it?" body jumped out of bed.
I got up and did the Biggest Loser Cardio Max workout. I never understand why I seem to sweat more than the people who are fatter than me on the video. I only did the 30 minutes worth. Since I slept in a bit. However, I did pound out the p90x Ab Ripper. I'm going to be sore tomorrow.
My hubby says the workouts are working. I don't feel like it. But I guess if the person closest to me can say, "you're not looking so fat", then it must be doing something. Only pictures will tell.
I've got another two weeks before my post pregnancy exercising is officially over. I figure one year after I deliver is "post pregnancy." But after that, it's just normal shredding the fat. If it's on there for more than a year, then I have become comfortable in my fatness and it's not "baby fat" anymore. So, I better put in some extra hard workouts in the next two weeks and hopefully be back to my pre-second baby weight.
I'll post my picture progress at the end of my post pregnancy time.

Shred Day 8
It took me at least 10 extra minutes to get out of bed this morning. Being on the RAG plus starting new just don't mix well. So, I only did half of what I had planned and I feel great. Something is always better than nothing. My real accomplishment today was not the workout, but getting up to do something. I did.
But here is my workout anyway:

My Shred Day #4
Thursdays are always the worst for me. I did not want to get up this morning, but it was very important to keep me motivated and going to get up. I did.
Here is what I did:
Cardio Max (Biggest Loser)
Tight Ass Workout - I only went through this one time, because after Cardio Max it was all I could do.
I have never done Bridges before this workout and I didn't really know how much they really work. Oh man, the pain.

I Had No Idea. . .
just how out of shape I am. After popping my Green Bean out, I have been feeling great. Ready to run, lift weights, and just sweat all over the place. So, after being cleared to do all these things, I started by trying out the Biggest Loser Cardio Max video.

Before I was even through the 5 minute warm up, I was huffing and puffing like the Big Bad Wolf. My legs were burning and so were my lungs. I couldn't have guessed that I would barely be able to get through a 20 minute workout. I have been feeling so great. Even though it was hard and I wasn't sure I could get through it, I now feel fantastic. It feels so good to Sweating off those extra pounds. This will be a slow process, I know, but it will be worth the cardiovascular health that comes with it.

Sinfulness
There is just not much better than hash browns cooked in bacon grease. YUM!!
I should be worried about this because we are nearing the end of our Biggest Loser Family Challenge, but it is SOOO worth it.

Biggest Loser Family
My Family is doing Biggest Loser. We have until December 17th, right before we all participate in our Christmas Festivities. I'm really excited. I don't know if everyone is taking this seriously, but I sure am. I want the $100 at the end to go get a spa treatment OR a new outfit for my new body OR more running gear. I don't know, but I'm going to WIN!!

It Has Begun Again
The Biggest Loser started again this week. I wasn't so impressed last season with all of the selfish players and backbiting. But this year looks so much more promising.
I cry during this show anyway, but being pregnant and the stories that come along with this seasons players is brutal on my tear ducts. I thought I was going to run out of tears.
Anyway, I'm really excited about this season. I hope you enjoy it as well.
