Your biggest challenge isn't someone else. It's the ache in your lungs, and the burning in your legs, and the voice inside you that yells can't. But you don't listen. You just push harder. My Shred: Day #7

Monday

OH how it feels so good to be working out again.  I was able to run farther than I thought I was going to be able to.  I thought because of my being sick I would have to walk most of my mileage today.  Not so.  WooHoo!!  So here is what I did:

2.81 miles

25 crunches
25 bum lifts
30 twist crunches (15 each side)
25 bicycles
25 reverse bicycles
25 crunches
25 hip rock n' raise (p90x style)
25 crunches
15 bridges
